Flavien Prat  will be riding We the People; Prat rode in his first Belmont Stakes last year and he nearly won the race aboard Hot Rod Charlie. That he performed so well in the race was no surprise given Prat’s ascent in the jockey ranks over the past few years.

We the People has a career record of 4 starts and 3 wins. He comes into the Stakes placing 1st in the leaderboard. One of his three wins earlier in the year includes the Peter Pan Stakes, where he took the throne after a loss at the Arkansas Derby.
