Baker Mayfield has had an up-and-down NFL career through his first two seasons, but there's no denying that he's one of the most exciting young quarterbacks in football.

He shows this both on and off the field, like when he busted out some great dance moves during a Browns media event.

Fans have had some problems with Mayfield's big personality off the field, arguing that he hasn't done enough on the field to make so much noise. But ultimately having some fun and dancing isn't going to make a difference in how Mayfield plays when he steps on the field.

He appears to really be stepping up as a leader heading into his third NFL season, giving Browns fans plenty to be excited about in 2020.
