Top Fantasy Football Streaming Quarterbacks for Week 11 (Marcus Mariota Headlines Limited Options)

Updated:

The pool of widely available quarterbacks in fantasy football continues to dwindle heading into Week 11. Proactive managers are stashing backup options and holding onto potential starters as the playoffs approach, limiting the number of streamers on the waiver wire.

Still, four teams are on bye this week and injuries are affecting QBs, so fantasy managers may be looking for a temporary fill-in. Here's a look at our top three streaming quarterback picks (rostered in fewer than 50% of Yahoo! leagues) to target on the waiver wire.

Streaming QB Fantasy Football Week 10

1. Marcus Mariota (33% Rostered)

Marcus Mariota will likely be the go-to option for anyone needing to stream in Week 11. He's been productive this season, posting at least 15.5 fantasy points in six of his 10 appearances. The dual threat provides a nice floor with his added rushing contributions (34.7 yards per game) and has touchdown upside on the ground (three TDs this season), making him a strong fill-in choice. The Chicago Bears are also allowing a healthy 15.6 fantasy PPG to QBs this season, so there's no matchup concerns here.

2. Ryan Tannehill (13% Rostered)

Ryan Tannehill returned from his ankle injury with a huge day in Week 11, posting 255 passing yards, 2 touchdowns and a season-high 19.4 fantasy points. Tannehill's success was especially notable since it came against a Denver Broncos defense that ranks second in fewest fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks this year. That performance could give managers the confidence to trust him when he faces the Green Bay Packers on Thursday night. The Packers have a talented group, but they're also banged up and coming off of an exhausting overtime win against Dallas. Tannehill may be able to find success on a short week against a tired defense.

3. Kenny Pickett (12% Rostered)

Kenny Pickett is a consideration in deeper leagues after a big showing in Week 11. Pickett leaned into his rushing ability on Sunday, recording a season-high 51 rushing yards and a touchdown. He also threw for 199 yards and took care of the football against the New Orleans Saints, posting zero interceptions for just the second time this year. Pickett's dual threat upside is especially intriguing for fantasy purposes, as he's recorded a solid 28.7 YPG over his last three contests. He could turn in a starter-level performance despite a tough matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals if he continues to make plays with his legs.
