Now that we're into mid-February, that means the SheBelieves Cup featuring some of women's soccer's very best is right around the corner. The action will officially kick off this week as the United State's women's national soccer team looks to defend its title.
Here's everything you need to know about the 2023 SheBelieves Cup.
What is the SheBelieves Cup?
The SheBelieves Cup is an international women's soccer tournament that's hosted by the United States every year. The goal of the event is to inspire women across the world to achieve their dreams, on and off the field.
This annual competition features the USWNT and three other opponents in a four-team field. The U.S. played against England, France and Germany for each of the first three years of the cup, but since 2019 the group of participants has changed every time.
The SheBelieves Cup uses a round-robin format with wins awarding 3 points, a draw resulting in 1 point and a loss giving 0 points.
SheBelieves Cup 2023 Schedule
The 2023 SheBelieves Cup will feature three match days during the month of February. The action begins on Thursday, Feb. 16, and concludes on Wednesday, Feb. 22. Games will be played at Exploria Stadium in Flordia, GEODIS Park in Tennessee and Toyota Stadium in Texas.

How Can I Watch the 2023 SheBelieves Cup?
Soccer fans have a few ways to watch the 2023 SheBelieves cup on TV. HBO Max will show all six matches of the tournament in English, while Peacock and Universo will also have Spanish broadcasts available during the tournament.
In addition to HBO Max's coverage, TNT is set to broadcast the USWNT's final two matches as well. These contests will take place against Japan on Sunday, Feb. 19 at 3:30 p.m. ET, and against Brazil on Wednesday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m. ET.
SheBelieves Cup History
The U.S. boasts the most wins in SheBelieves Cup history. Since the tournament's inception in 2016, the USWNT has won this event five times. France and England are the only other countries to ever win the SheBelieves Cup.
The U.S. enters this year's cup as the three-time defending champions of the event and will shoot for a fourth straight title in 2023.
