Russell Wilson Owns Staggering Thursday Night Football Records

Russell Wilson does something incredible every time he sets foot on the field. But he seems to have a knack for taking his game to the next level during primetime – particularly when he's playing on Thursday Night Football.

In fact, Wilson actually has the best Thursday night record among all active QBs.

Wilson is 8-1 in nine career appearances on Thursday nights, trailing only future Hall-of-Famer Peyton Manning, who went 9-1 in such contests. Wilson has a chance to tie Manning's record with a victory against the Arizona Cardinals tonight.

And it's not like he's just sneaking by opponents, either, boasting a fantastic 6-1-2 record against the spread (ATS). That's the best ATS mark among all active quarterbacks.

With Seattle sitting as 2.5-point favorites in FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds, recent history suggests Wilson and the Seahawks could end up winning this by a field goal, at least.
