That list is absolutely dominated by kickers, highlighted by the now-retired Adam Vinatieri, who scored 2,673 points over his career.

NFL All-Time Leading Scorer Among Non-Kickers
The NFL's leading scorer of all time for non-kickers is Jerry Rice, who scored 1,256 points. That ranks 38th all-time and gives him fewer than half as many points as Vinatieri in first place. Rice is the only non-kicker to rank in the top 50.
