Full List of Quarterbacks to Throw for 300 Yards and Rush for 100 in Same Game
Updated:
The Buffalo Bills may have lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a Week 14 overtime thriller, but the efforts of starting quarterback Josh Allen cannot be overlooked. The 25-year-old played his heart out and finished the game with one of the best statistical lines of his young four-year career.
The Bills had Allen involved on almost every play of the game as he led the backfield with 12 carries and attempted a career-high 54 pass attempts. His ability scramble out of the pocket or break tackles on designed draws is what allowed Buffalo to mount a comeback after being down 24-3 early on.
Allen ended up with over 300 yards passing and 100 yards rushing, which goes to show what kind of talent he possesses. In fact, only two other quarterbacks have accomplished this feat in NFL history.
Here is the full list of NFL QBs to rack up those kind of yards both through the air and on the ground.
1. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills (12/12/2021)
2. Cam Newton, Carolina Panthers (12/20/2015)
3. Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks (10/19/2014)
