The Bills are projected as heavy home favorites in the Wild Card Round. Buffalo is an early -490 moneyline favorite and favored by 10 points on the spread in its third meeting with Miami this season.

Dolphins vs Bills Prediction Wild Card

The Bills have shown why they're one of the top Super Bowl contenders this season. This Josh Allen-led offense has been elite in 2022-23, ranking second in total yards and third in points per game. They're just as strong on defense, placing No. 2 in fewest PPG and No. 7 in fewest YPG. Making this team's accomplishments even more impressive is the fact they've faced major injury troubles and come out on top regardless.

Though the Dolphins were one of the three teams to beat Buffalo this season, Miami's gone downhill in a hurry. They won an ugly game over the New York Jets in Week 18 to qualify for the playoffs, but lost five straight before that and have a major question mark at quarterback. Without potentially both Tua Tagovailoa and Teddy Bridgewater, Mike McDaniel's squad will end its year on a whimper. Bet Bills -10 (-115)
