Best Same-Game Parlay for Celtics vs Heat NBA Playoffs Game 6 (Derrick White Makes It Rain From Downtown)
Updated:
The 2022-23 NBA Playoffs continue on Saturday night Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat at 8:30 p.m. ET. There are a ton of ways to get in on the betting action, including making your own same-game parlay on FanDuel Sportsbook.
A same-game parlay is exactly what it sounds like. It involves stringing bets from one game together to create a parlay. Of course, all legs must cash for the parlay to be deemed a winning ticket. With that in mind, here's a look at my best same-game parlay for the Celtics-Heat matchup.

Leg 1: Derrick White to Record 3+ Threes Made (+100)
When the Celtics have needed a big three-pointer in this series, Derrick White has risen to the occasion. After all, the 28-year-old veteran's 18 threes made are the most in the series. He's now averaging 3.6 threes on 58.1% shooting through five games and is showing no signs of slowing down after going 6-of-8 from downtown in Game 5. The Heat simply don't have an answer for White's perimeter attack, which isn't shocking considering that Miami allows the third-most threes in the Association. Having finished with at least a trio of threes in each game this series, don't expect White to stop now.
Leg 2: Jaylen Brown to Record Over 22.5 Points (-128)
Although he's one of the most dangerous wing players in the NBA, Jaylen Brown hasn't been as efficient in this series. He's been held to a 17.6 PPG clip on .411/.200/.444 shooting splits, finishing with fewer than 22.5 points in all five games. Having said that, I'm actually taking the Over on his point projection. Brown is averaging 26.0 PPG in five elimination games this postseason, finishing with the Over in three of those contests. The Celtics can't afford to lose tonight, meaning I fully expect Brown to rise to the occasion once again.

Leg 3: Bam Adebayo to Record Under 8.5 Rebounds (+100)
For the last leg of this same-game parlay, I'm taking the Under on Bam Adebayo's 8.5-rebound total. As great of a center as he is, Adebayo isn't the most consistent rebounder. An average of 8.4 rebounds in his last seven outings makes it seem like he's a good pick to hit his projection, however, he finished with fewer than 8.5 boards in five of those outings. Abedayo is also averaging just 5.3 rebounds in his last three games, finishing with the Under in all three. With the Celtics allowing the 12th-fewest rebounds to centers and holding the Heat to just 44.7 RPG over their last three meetings, keeping expectations low for Adebayo is the right call.
Same-Game Parlay Odds: +614
