The Arizona Wildcats have won one National Championship in their program's history. Unfortunately, that sole victory came all the way back in 1997.

Arizona's best March Madness finish came when they won the 1997 edition of the tournament. The Wildcats were runners-up in 2001, which is their only time placing second.
In addition to that second-place finish, Arizona has made it to the Final Four on four separate occasions (1988, 1994, 1997, 2001)
