Who Are the Coaches of the 2023 MLB Futures Game?
MLB has recruited a pair of Mariners legends to coach the 2023 Futures Game in Seattle. Raul Ibañez will return to his old stomping grounds to coach the AL team, while former Gold Glover Harold Reynolds has been tabbed to helm the NL team.
Ibañez played 11 seasons in Seattle, including the first five of his career. In total, he recorded 1,077 hits, 156 home runs and 612 RBIs across 1,110 games for the Mariners.
Reynolds, meanwhile, played in Seattle for 10 of his 12 MLB seasons. He electrified with his combination of speed and skils in the field, winning three Gold Gloves and earning two All-Star nods while with the Mariners.
2023 MLB Futures Game TV Channel
The 2023 MLB All-Star Futures Game is set to take place on Saturday, July 8 7 p.m. ET. It is the first part of an All-Star doubleheader with the Celebrity Softball Game, which follows immediately after. The Futures Game will be played at T-Mobile Park and airs exclusively on NBC's streaming service, Peacock. SiriusXM is also providing radio coverage of the event.
