Zhumagulov vs Van Prediction

It has not been smooth sailing for Zhalgas Zhumagulov since he made his UFC debut back in 2020. He has now dropped five of his six bouts after falling short in a split decision loss to Charles Johnson in November. It doesn't get any easier for the 34-year-old as he is set to face a stellar young brawler.

Joshua Van is set to make his UFC debut in Jacksonville this weekend is a garnering a ton of hype given his most recent results. The 21-year-old is riding a five-bout winning streak and took down Cleveland McLean via submission at Fury FC 72 in December. His potential remains sky-high as a pro.

Zhumagulov has stayed adamant in fighting with a slower pace and it is something that is not being rewarded by the judges. Van employs a much different strategy as his balls to the wall mentality has frustrated almost every opponent put in his way. I like him to stay hot with an upset on Saturday night.
