Another Super Bowl is upon us, which means plenty of star-studded commercials are on the way. Workday went all out with its rock star-filled commercial that features appearances by music legends, such as Ozzy Osbourne, Paul Stanley and more.

Check out Workday's 2023 Super Bowl commercial below:

Workday Super Bowl Commercial 2023

The ad opens with KISS guitar/singer Paul Stanley wishing the crowd a good night at the end of a concert. Stanley then turns to a camera to address "corporate types," telling them to stop addressing themselves as rock stars. We're quickly shown two office workers referring to themselves by the phrase.

Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Joan Jett is then shown getting off a tour bus, also telling the viewer to stop calling their co-workers rock stars. Blues-rock musician Gary Clark Jr. is shown saying that he has no issues with people using "Workday to transform your business," but metal icon Ozzy Osburne adds that doesn't make them rock stars either.

Punk singer Billy Idol — who's carrying a chainsaw down a hallway — makes it clear that you can only call someone a rock star if you work with one. The video then takes a hilarious turn, showing Osbourne working in an office (wearing a dress shirt and tie) and formally introducing himself to his colleagues as "Ozwald."

The commercial closes with a manager about to call one of his team members a rock star, only for Stanley to slide into the room with a disapproving glare. It then ends with the Workday logo, along with the tagline "Be a Finance and HR rock star."

Workday's hilarious commercial is something that a lot of people can relate to. Anyone that's worked in an office setting has likely been referred to as a rock star at least once, even if the job itself couldn't be further away from a rock n' roll lifestyle.

Workday also did a great job at getting rock stars from different eras of the genre. There's likely someone that all viewers — both older and younger — can recognize, meaning it'll likely be a hit at Super Bowl parties all across the country.
