With that in mind, here's what you need to know about the fastest players in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Who is the Fastest Player in the 2023 NFL Draft?

The 2023 Scouting Combine rounded up the top prospects in this year's class and put them to the test in the 40-yard dash. One player stood out from the rest, however, as Michigan cornerback DJ Turner II posted the fastest time (4.26 seconds) of all participants. Turner's 40-yard dash actually tied him for the fifth-fastest in combine history, only trailing John Ross (4.22), Kalon Barnes (4.23), Chris Johnson (4.24) and Rondel Melendez (4.24).

Fastest Player at Each Position in 2023 NFL Draft

Though cornerbacks and skill-position players lead the class overall, there's still some serious speed at other positions. Florida quarterback Anthony Richardson led all QB combine attendees with a blazing 4.54 40-yard dash time in March. Meanwhile, Georgia offensive tackle Broderick Jones posted a 4.96 while checking in at 6-foot-5 and 311 pounds.
