Virginia Tech has dominated this rivalry over the years, winning 60 of the 98 all-time matchups. The Hokies' dominance is at the point where they've won 21 of their last 23 games against the Cavaliers, having not lost at home to their ACC rivals since November 1998.

I also see Virginia Tech taking advantage of Virginia's poor run defense.
