Ticket Prices for Tennessee-Georgia Game Are Historic

The college football world is buzzing with anticipation ahead of the Week 10 showdown between the Tennessee Volunters and Georgia Bulldogs. This SEC clash between two undefeated teams will be a must-watch for any sports fan.

Anyone hoping to catch the action in-person, though, must be prepared to shell out for a truly historic price tag.

The current get-in price for this top-ranked matchup is currently $626, according to TickPick. That would be the highest price ever for a regular season game, surpassing the $519 mark for Ohio State-Michigan earlier this year.

It's not hard to see why, as this game should be electric. The Volunteers have stormed their way to the top spot in the AP Top 25 poll, while the Bulldogs rank third (both teams are 8-0). Led by Heisman candidate Hendon Hooker, Tennessee has the No. 1 offense in the nation at 49.4 points per game. Georgia isn't far off at 41.8 points per game while also giving up the second-fewest points per game at 10.5.
