Steelers Get Disappointing Chris Boswell Injury Update

The Pittsburgh Steelers will look to get back in the win column on Sunday when they go up against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 8. The Steelers will have to do so without their long time kicker, though.

The team announced on Saturday that Chris Boswell will miss the game with a groin injury. While this poses the problem of not having your starting kicker, it's deeper than that for the Steelers because they don't have another kicker on the active roster or the practice squad.

This means they will have to find a last-minute free agent kicker before tomorrow.

There's no indication on who that kicker might be yet, but he will have to be found and signed fast.

The Steelers are 10.5-point underdogs on the road in Philadelphia against the undefeated Eagles, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's latest NFL odds.
