South Alabama Bowl Game History

South Alabama has played in three bowl games ever, and the Jaguars are still searching for their first-ever postseason win.

South Alabama made its first bowl appearance in 2014 under head coach Joey Jones. The Jaguars faced Bowling Green in the Camellia Bowl and came up short in a 33-28 loss. Their most recent appearance came in 2022, when South Alabama took part in the New Orleans Bowl. They dropped that contest 44-23 to Western Kentucky.
