Russell Henley U.S. Open Prediction 2023
Much like any other sport, golf is one that can be decided by momentum, and momentum is on the side of Russell Henley right now. He has posted a top-20 finish at five of his last six PGA Tour events, including a T4 standing at The Masters in April. It gives him great upside heading into the U.S. Open.
More 2023 U.S. Open betting content from The Duel:
Not only has Henley been playing some of the best golf of his career as of late, but he has also found success at the U.S. Open before. The 34-year-old has posted a top-30 finish in three of his last four appearances at the event and has logged a first-round score under 70 in two of his last three outings.
The only thing stopping me from backing Henley to post another top-30 finish here is the fact that his game doesn't line up perfectly with what the Los Angeles Country Club course demands. I'll play it safe and opt for a top-40 finish (-110), which should be the floor for Henley over the weekend.
