Ravens Release Veteran After Exciting J.K. Dobbins Injury Update
Updated:
The Baltimore Ravens announced on Saturday that the team is waiving running back Mike Davis. The reason behind this roster move is one that should excite Ravens fans.
J.K. Dobbins Injury Update
Star running back J.K. Dobbins is set to be activated after coming off Injured Reserve. Dobbins has only suited up in four games this season, but Baltimore is hoping he can be 100% healthy the rest of the way and for the playoffs.
Coming off an ACL injury that caused him to miss the entirety of last season, Dobbins has struggled this year, and then troubles with his knee returned. Dobbins only mustered a total of 123 rushing yards in his four games earlier this season. To be Baltimore's lead back again he will have to up those numbers quite a bit.
If Dobbins can return to the form we saw in his rookies season, then the Ravens just got one hell of a player, just in time to help them maintain their AFC North lead.
The Ravens go up against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 14, where Baltimore is a 1.5-point road underdog, according to FanDuel SPortsbook's latest NFL odds.
