Raiders Get Update on Josh Jacobs Following Painful Thursday Night Football Injury

Updated:
As if blowing a 16-3 lead to the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday Night Football wasn't bad enough, the Las Vegas Raiders also got an injury scare with star running back Josh Jacobs. Jacobs left the game briefly with a pinkie injury but returned to the field after having it popped back into place.
On Friday, the Raiders received a follow-up injury update on Jacobs.
Josh Jacobs Injury Update
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that Jacobs will undergo tests on his finger, but these appear to be precautionary. Jacobs already underwent X-rays during the game, which came back negative. The injury also didn't seem to slow him down much, as he still finished with 99 rushing yards on 27 carries.
With a few extra days off before the Raiders' next game, it seems like Jacobs will be good to go for their Week 15 clash against the New England Patriots. Jacobs will likely be leaned on heavily again after logging at least 20 carries in each of his last five games.
Las Vegas is currently listed as a 1.5-point home favorite against New England on FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds.
