The 2023 Division 1 Baseball Championship and Men's College World Series are on the horizon. With the regional round set to begin in the coming days, 64 teams are ready to battle it out to determine who is the best college baseball team in the nation. Wake Forest, Florida, and Arkansas come in as the top teams in the tournament, but with this format, it's anyone's title to win.
College World Series Dates
Regional games begin on Tuesday, June 2, and run through June 5. The Super Regional Round begins on June 11 and runs through June 12. Finally, the College World Series, which will only consist of eight teams, is slated to begin on June 16 and conclude on either June 25 or June 26.

2023 College World Series Format
The Regional Round consists of four teams playing in a group double-elimination format until one team moves on to the Super Regionals, where 16 teams will play a best-of-three series to determine which eight teams make it to the College World Series.
The eight teams in the College World Series will play a double-elimination bracket format until it's down to two teams, who will play a best-of-three championship series to determine the winner.
