Photos of Nick Chubb in High School Showcase Unbelievable Athleticism

Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb is clearly an elite athlete, even when compared to his peers in the NFL. At the combine, he ran a 4.52-second 40-yard dash, posted a 38.5-inch vertical jump and 10-foot-8-inch broad jump while weighing 227 pounds.

That kind of freak athleticism is even more startling at a younger age, as we can see from some of Chubb's ridiculous track and field accolades in high school.

Those numbers are incredibly impressive, but it's the pictures that really give some context to just how different Chubb was from a normal high school student.

In the sprinting picture he looks like a super hero, somehow out-running his opponent despite looking like he's about twice as heavy. And the shot of him jumping before a race certainly looks to have been a precursor to that impressive vertical jump from the combine.

Already one of the best backs in the NFL, Chubb could be in for a career year running behind the Browns' revamped offensive line in 2020.
