deGrom is 0-3 with a 6.00 ERA in his last four starts, having not won a game since Sept. 7. Regardless of his past accomplishments, I don't like his recent struggles combined with the Padres' offensive firepower shown in Game 1. As great as deGrom can be, the Mets have been playing on borrowed time for a while now and I expect this to be their last game until 2023.
