Ohio State Bowl Game History
Ohio State has frequented the college football postseason throughout its history. The Buckeyes have played in 55 bowls all-time.
The Buckeyes made their first bowl appearance in 1921 as part of the Big Ten Conference. They lost to California 28-0 at the Rose Bowl that year.
Ohio State has been impressive with nine bowl victories since the 2009 NCAAF campaign. The Buckeyes most recently played at the 2022 Peach Bowl and lost 42-41 to Georgia.
