NBA Playoff Picture and Bracket 2022 Heading Into Finals
Updated:
The NBA Finals are here, and it feels like a lifetime ago that the Phoenix Suns, Milwaukee Bucks and Brooklyn Nets were considered favorites to win the championship.
The Golden State Warriors' path to the NBA Finals hasn't been filled with too much adversity. They beat NBA MVP Nikola Jokic's Denver Nuggets in five games, just handled Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks in five games and took six games to beat the Memphis Grizzlies.
Boston's 4-0 sweep of the Nets in the First Round clearly cemented them as an NBA Championship threat, but they haven't had much rest since then, needing seven games to take down both the Milwaukee Bucks (without Khris Middleton) in Round 2 and the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals.
