Updated:

The halfway point of the MLB season is nearly here, which means the All-Star Game is right around the corner. One player who's no stranger to the ASG is Mike Trout, and he's once again been selected to represent his team at this year's showcase.

Here's everything fans should know about Trout's history at the MLB All-Star Game before he takes the field once more.

How Many All-Star Games Has Mike Trout Been in?

Mike Trout has been selected to the MLB All-Star Game 11 times, including the 2023 season. However, injuries have caused Trout to miss the exhibition three times in his career, so he's only played in seven ASG contests.

Trout's first All-Star nod was as a reserve for the American League in 2012 , which also happened to be his first full MLB season. The outfielder made two appearances at the plate, recording a single and drawing a walk during an 8-0 AL loss.
