College football powerhouse Michigan once again has produced top NFL Draft prospects in 2023. Defensive tackle Mazi Smith leads the pack, though there's a host of others who could hear their names called.

Michigan Underclassmen Declared for 2023 NFL Draft
To be eligible for the NFL Draft, players must have been out of high school for at least three years and used up all of their college eligibility. However, underclassmen and prospects who have graduated early can also request permission from the league to be draft-eligible.
Three non-seniors are part of Michigan's 2023 draft hopefuls. Mazi Smith, along with EDGE Mike Morris and cornerback D.J. Turner, are all forgoing their remaining years of college eligibility.

Michigan Seniors in the 2023 NFL Draft
Most of the NFL Draft is comprised of seniors who spent four years in college before attempting to enter the pros. This allows those who don't break out early to continue their development in hopes of closing out their collegiate careers strong.
