The 2023 Home Run Derby will mark Julio Rodriguez's second appearance in the marquee event. He first made his debut at the annual spectacle last year.

In 2022, Rodriguez put on a show to remember for baseball fans, crushing 81 home runs over three rounds. The Seattle Mariners phenom racked up 32 home runs in the opening frame before mashing 31 in Round 2 as he eliminated two-time winner Pete Alonso. Unfortunately, Rodriguez came up short in the finals, losing 19-18 to Juan Soto.
