1. Josh Allen - Rushing Yards: Over 37.5 (-110)

Josh Allen is one of the most prolific dual threats at his position. His 763 rushing yards in 2021 ranked third among QBs, trailing first place by just 21. He showed no hesitations about taking off, as his 122 attempts also ranked No. 3. Now he heads into 2022 with a different wide receiver corps after veterans Emmanuel Sanders and Cole Beasley departed this offseason. That means bigger roles for Gabriel Davis and Isaiah McKenzie, who are unproven despite being considered breakout candidates. That duo could struggle to get open against a Rams defense that ranked No. 6 in Football Outsiders' pass-defense DVOA metric last year. As a result, Allen may need to utilize his legs more than normal on Thursday night. After posting at least 38 yards in 11 of his 17 games last season, he's more than up to the task.

2. Darrell Henderson - Receiving Yards: Over 11.5 (-110)

Darrell Henderson showcased his pass-catching potential while filling in for the injured Cam Akers last season. He set career-high marks in targets (40), receptions (29) and yards (176) for the Rams while also leading the ground game. His role will undoubtedly change with he and Akers set to be the 1A/1B in the Los Angeles backfield, but he's got the clear edge when it comes to the passing attack. Henderson outpaced Akers in targets (24 vs. 14), receptions (16 vs. 11) and yards (159 vs. 123) the last time these two played a season together in 2020. And when both suited up in the Super Bowl, Henderson made a major impact with 3 receptions and 43 yards, compared to 3 and 14 for Akers. With the Rams slated to trail as 2.5-point underdogs, they could lean into the passing game against Buffalo, which is great news for Henderson.

3. Gabriel Davis - Total Receptions: Under 4.5 (-156)

The aforementioned Davis is on everybody's radar after the hype campaign that's gone on this preseason. That doesn't mean he'll explode in the first game, though. It's been made clear he's the No. 2 option for the Bills now, meaning he can't just fly under the radar and surprise teams anymore. Even with an increased role over the last eight games of last season, Davis still averaged only 3.1 receptions per contest. And that was against lackluster secondaries in the New York Jets (x2) and Atlanta Falcons. The Rams are a cream-of-the-crop defense with playmakers on the other side of the ball ready to shut down the NFL's new wide receiver heir apparent. Let Davis prove himself in his new role before trusting him to rack up receptions.
