2023 Belmont Stakes Exacta and Trifecta Picks and Predictions

3. Angel of Empire (7/2)

That said, Angel of Empire can win this race and is more reliable when wagering to win and including horses in exacta and trifecta bets. The Arkansas Derby winner and third-place Kentucky Derby finisher is trained by EPO trainer Brad Cox, who leads all North American trainers this year with a 28% win rate.
