10 Worst Fantasy QB Performances of All Time
Updated:
Most expected the New England Patriots to handle the New York Jets in Week 7's "Monday Night Football" matchup, but a 33-point home beatdown was still a bit of a surprise. Many also figured Sam Darnold would struggle against a dominant Patriots' defense, since that is the norm for inexperienced quarterbacks against Bill Belichick.
However, nobody thought we would see that level of domination from the Patriots along with that poor of a showing from Darnold. The second-year QB even said he was "seeing ghosts" before the second half even began.
These are the 10 worst fantasy quarterback performances in NFL history, and you can bet Darnold's Week 7 stat line made the cut.

We even see Hall of Fame QB Joe Namath near the top of this list, and clearly that game did not define him. As long as Darnold has a short memory, there will almost certainly be brighter days ahead for the former No. 3 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.
